2022 A2RU Presentation

This November I travelled to the 2022 National A2RU Conference: Exploring Artistic Research held at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor to discuss my works-in-progress on Amplifying Feedback loop.

While I have attended many festivals, presented exhibitions, and more, this was the first time I took part of a significant conference to discuss my process and my work in an academic setting, much delayed due to starting my academic journey in 2019, and most conferences being online with minimal opportunities until now. So setting forth in this capacity had me, quite literally, shaking in my boots!

At this date, the films has undergone a few twists and turns, and discussing my film mid-process was entirely new for me, as it is extremely difficult to reflect on process, during process. However, through showcasing some of my origins of the work and my early days of ideation, I found myself reflecting even more on the piece.
